Hello,
i am trying to find the differences between the Grundig Satellit 1400 Professional and the Grundig Satellit 1400 SL Professional.
Are there any technical differences or is just a different box?

I have just aquired the book "Die Grundig Satellit-Story" by Hans-Erwin Roeder, 1997.
Only the model 1400SL Professional is mentioned; it is the mono-version of the model 2400SL Stereo Professional; and it was produced from 1979 to 1982.

Thank you for the reply.
That´s exactly what puzzles me, because the 2400 also exists without the SL, so i think there must be some difference. In the photos i have seen, the SL version always has silver rings in the speaker grill, that could be the reason for the SL.
