Last week at an auction I bought a Grundig 1099 with a Philips Mignon record player in it.This is a radio with a rather unusual slot for the 45rpm records at the right side and not in the front as is common on other similar models. After making four new rubber pillows,it worked fine.I've seen this player in some other radios, for example in a Swedish Conserton-but they were all using Philips chassis. My question is:Was this Philips Mignon player ever used by any other manufacturer?
