One tube Radio + crystal set IN ONE ...

      

      Small  radio  manufacturer in Lithuania   KARADI,  in 1935 - 1936  produced  radio  set  TAUTOFONAS.  It was battery  one  tube  regenerative  radio + crystal  radio in one case, one schemat. 

Radio  coverage  three  waves  - SW  (19 - 50 m), MW, LW. 

For  crystal  radio -  used others  earphones  plugs T2 on radio front panel (red plugs)   - for tube radio others T1  (black plugs). See photo...

Used  cathode  grid  VALVO U107D  tube   in schemat --   (analog A141  Philips).

QUESTION :

Do you  know any  analog  radio  set , as this  TAUTOFONAS --  with  one  tube  regenerative  and  crystal  radio in one  case. Which  company  produced  similar  set  - in 1926-1936 ?   By the way - nice moderm  walnut tree case..

the model http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/knn_negadyn.html has some similar function, either crystal set with one tube amplifier or one tube negadyn through positive interaction between the grids.

May I add a minor correction to the drawing above...

The space charge grid is the one next to the filament and normally connected at the screw on the base. It is kept at a positive potential all the time.
