The choice of an I.F. (video) of 26.75 MHz was controversial, as the official Australian standards stated that 36 MHz be used, with the corresponding spectrum being cleared. This was even discussed in parliament at the time. See also 21 MHz versions with 94D92-13 or 94D110-7 tuner.
