  • SAMS Photofact date 9-62, set 594, folder 3 shows Admiral models Y3012A, Y3016A and Y3019A for chassis 5B6 plus models Y3100, Y3104, Y3107 and Y3109 with chassis 5A6. All are AC-DC 5 tube AM receivers with 6 tuned circuits with a loop antenna. Within a chasis they differ only in color.

    For chassis 5A6 (models Y3100 etc.) one mounting screw as hidden and only accessible after removing the tuning knob. The other is accessible after removing the cabinet back. See also on the schematc how to open the models with chassis 5B6.
