The Ameritron ALS-600 is a 600 nominal watt output, solid state, linear amplifier using
high voltage, RF TMOS FET devices in the power output section. The ALS-600 provides continuous frequency coverage from 1.5 through 22 MHz with no tuning adjustments. Broad band 5 poleThe ALS-600 uses four MRF-150 FET's operating at 50 volts in a double ended push-pull parallel output configuration.
The amplifier requires 50Vdc at 20A and +/- 12Vdc. This can be provided from the matching ALS-600PS power supply unit.
