  • The AMP 501343-2 100 Mb/s Optical Receiver is intended for datalink operation with an 850 nm LED transmitter. It is housed in a 24-pin DIL (0.6" row spacing) metal package equipped with an FSMA optical port. The pin finish is 0.8 µm gold over 1.3 µm nickel.

    Several other versions of the receiver were made for data rates up to 220 Mb/s, for 1300 nm instead of 850 nm operation, with an ST instead of an FSMA optical port, and with TTL instead of ECL outputs.
