  • Bemerkung
  • In the Amplion Two Screen-grid Portable, there is a true example of Amplion development, as several new features are introduced.

Chief amongst these is the successful use of two screened-grid stages, which fact tends more than any other to make this portable the really wonderful receiver it is.

Whilst the set is easy to tune yet its ability to receive distant stations is astounding. The selective properties of the set in no way detract from the volume which it will give, as the specially matched speaker working from the Pentode output gives a wonderfully rich tone such as can rarely be expected from a receiver of the Portable type.

Available in either a suitcase cabinet or in a house transportable type of cabinet.
