The MK-53 is a tuner with half an ECC81 as the A.F. output stage for connection to an amplifier. It is intended for mounting at the Amroh chassis 51
In this model, the 993 is introduced, which gives control of the I.F. bandwidth and sound quality.
The given wave bands are for coil unit 736. Use of the 148 instead gives the extra marine band.
