• Bemerkung
• The Arvin model 702 in a Walnut cabinet can be seen 1939 at least in two fliers "New 1940 Arvin Radios". The 6-tube AC/DC model has a built in loop antenna called "Phantom Scope", continuously variable tone control. Band coverage of the Arvin 702 is 540 to 1750 kc which includes some police reception. Power consumption 30 Watts. The flier lists the tubes but instead of the 12SQ7 (or 12SQ7GT as shown in a set) a 12Q7GT which would have a cap and naturally an other pin arrangement. Same problem on model 602 which picture of a set shows not the 12Q7GT but 12SQ7GT without cap.
