  • The Ashley 3-Valve Receiving Set comprises 3 High Frequency Amplifying Valves and 1 Detector Valve. Simple to control and adapted to the Ashley 2-Stage Low Frequency Amplifier.
    In the operating instructions Ashley Wireless Telephone Co., Ltd., Liverpool mentions that for clearest reception and volume the listener should use the "Claritone loud speaker". There is an Aerial Condenser Switch which can be put into "Series" and "Parallel" position. Inside of the mahagony box there are some sliding Filament Resistances.

A guest told me that he wants to dispose this set. I informed him that I want to find a collector who might buy this rare item - well, it is in a bad shape, but it is rare.
