This model could be powered from either batteries or a 6 volt accumulator via a synchronous vibrator unit. When powered from the latter, the valve filaments are connected across one cell of the accumulator and the 4 volt vibrator unit is connected across the other two. The bias battery was still required for vibrator operation.
It tuned seven bands in all. This radio is similar to the AWA Radiola model 703.
