The P57 was acquired through eBay auction for US$ 23.50 plus US$ 25.98 shipping, $49.48 total. Item # 372304847449
As received, the radio was not operational and was missing the 3V4 audio output tube. Replaced the missing tube, paper tubular capacitors and all but one of the electrolytic capacitors. Repaired a damaged RADIO/CHARGE slide switch, which had been sprung apart. The radio now works as I remember the one my family had in the 1950's.

The date on this model is shown as 1959 ?. My family bought a new one of these models in 1957. The one they purchased had 7-pin miniature tubes. 1U4, 1R5, 1T4 or 1U4, 1U5 and 3V4. So, I'm suggesting to list the Year as 1956 or 1957.
