The model K14 is most probably from 1925, the last year when round tuning condensers were still in use. The same model was made (slightly different) by St. Brashishkis Laboratory in Shiauliai, LT.
But since the given tubes RE064 and RE154 are only available since 1926, we have to date for 1926.
