  • Anotaciones
  • Benrus model 10B01B15B is an AC operated AM superheterodyne receiverwith electric clock. The Benrus 10B was an unusual clock-radio with a cabinet that was made of heavy brass with a heavy glass face. Model vatiations were offered in white or brass-faced clock.  The knobs were also made of brass with insulated sleeves. The speaker was mounted on the fiber-board back which was obviously not made of metal, otherwise the internal ferrite rod antenna would have been enclosed in a Faraday shield. The radio was only sold for one year and was to be the only radio that was ever sold by Benrus, at least according to the Sams Photofact index.
