- Anotaciones
- This Blaupunkt car radio model New Yorker was found in a 1965 Aston Martin DB5, which was left hand drive for the American market. It was also sold by Blaupunkt in the USA. This model was intended for high priced cars and its face is chrome and ribbed, the knobs have little musical notes on them. We don't know yet the real model number (except the serial number and the name New Yorker) but there is a small paper tag, back left with the number 422072 - the serial number is quite different, beginning with a X. The car radio was sold by the Robert Bosch Co. in the U.S. and fitted as original equipment (warranty card, which does not specify the model). There are three speaker outputs on the back right, a green grounding wire and a big fat power cable with braided insulation and a female plug. The circuit board on the lid is labeled: 0280-5 and 29/02 Z.
