  • Remarques
  • The DC signal generator type 123 provides an accurate and highly stable voltage or current source. By the simple operation of rotary decade switches, voltages from 1mV to 500V may be selected in steps of 0.2% relative to maximum on each range. An accuracy of ±0.5% ±3mV is maintained on the three highest ranges. A square wave output of lHz or 50Hz is available producing positive, negative or balanced output pulses of up to 200V peak (400V peak-to-peak) to the same accuracy as the normal DC outputs. In addition, four fixed current outputs covering the range 10µA to 10mA are available. By connecting an external resistance via rear panel sockets provided, remote control of output voltage, continuously variable up to 500V, may be obtained.
Percentage error on meters, etc., may be determined directly by using the Bradley percentage error indicator type 1231 in conjunction with the DC signal generator.
Under conditions of overload - including sustained short circuit - the system is fully protected and the warning light will remain 'on' until the load is reduced to an acceptable level.
