This radio was called the "Time Spot" and featured an 8-inch Plessey speaker and a clock-timer unit (left-hand dial). This radio was exported to Australia as examples have the dial scale embossed with Australian stations. The clock setting was activated by a shaft at the rear and by a large-diameter thumb-wheel on the front (between the two round dials). A similar wheel was used for the volume control; a peephole in the dial scale showed the setting
