Browning-Drake National Regenaformer 2-Tube Kit. The National Company (Cambridge, MA) manufactured the kit parts, namely the tuning units, for the Browning-Drake circuit. National sold the kits, while Browning-Drake sold complete radios, using the same parts. The kits were available with two styles of National Company dials; the Velvet Vernier 4-inch Dial and the Velvet Vernier Illuminated Dial.
According to Tyne, page 315, the tube UX201A arrived August 1925. The first tube line-up is therefore 199 and later 201A were used.
