  • A part transistorised transceiver specially designed to provide for ground-to-air communication for light planes and gliders.

    It offers an 11-channel selection among the 400 channels available in the 116-136MHz VHF band at 50 kHz or 100kHz spacing.

    Internal preset controls enable the modulation level to be adjusted for sensitivities of between 3mV and 20mV. On the rear of the main transmitter-receiver unit is the plug to the modulator-power supply unit, the aerial plug, and a plug outlet to the loudspeaker, microphone-telephone set, and transmit-receive switch.
