The Canadian general Electric model C-250 is a 5 tube portable radio, with internal 2 volt rechargable battery. The battery will charge when the radio is plugged into the AC line.
The battery is a 2.0 volt / 25 ampere-hour lead acid type. The loop antenna is in the cover.
The is a connector for external DC power but it requires a special power adapter cable.
