400A Chippendale two speed changer 16-E-2, remote Aladdin possible
The Cabinet 400 Chippendale was introduced in 1931/32 as model 400 Chippendale. This model 400A is the second and 400B for 1933/34 is the last and Chippendale was changed to 405 starting with 405C Chippendale.The second chassis Series 400 has a tuning meter and uses the schematic W-820 with the following tubes: 58 RF, 56 osc, 58 mixer, 2 x 58 IF, 55 det, 57, 56 1st amp, 4 x 47 parallel + pushpull, 2 x 80. The 4 AF output tubes are in parallel push-pull for a maximum of 3 speakers of 6 ohms.
