  • Earlier models were sold under this name and with this style of cabinet, but this is the first one with a record player, a Philips AG1000. As an option, an EMR32PA tape recorder could be built-in. The radio chassis is a Carad A727BF.
    The cabinet was available in walnut and in oak.
    Replaced in 1954 with a new variant using the A737AF chassis and the R62PA tape recorder as an option.
    This model was in it's turn replaced in 1956 with the Chairside 11, equiped with a TP01H chassis and the AS02 power supply/power amplifier, from 1957 on with a Dual 1003 or 1004 record player. The Chairside 20 version, available at the end of 1957, offered the Garrard 301 transcription turntable with an Ortofon SK212 arm, C95 cartridge and 384 step-up transformer. The Chairside model line was replaced in 1958 with the Pro Arte radiogram model line.
