L'ISOCA est un testeur d'isolement. Il possède 3 gammes de mesures qui sont sélectionnées par un commutateur se trouvant sur le probe, respectivement 1 Mohm, 10 Mohms et 100 Mohms. Sur cette dernière gamme, la tension d'essai est de 500 Volts.
Le dos de l'appareil comporte une sangle élastique permettant d'y placer le poignet, l'appareil se porte alors comme une montre bracelet.
