The R2 might be found as replacement of 442BU in some examples.
The RF stage (MVSG Sgreen grid / Tetrode) is beside the mains Rectifier (442BU) and the audio output is 41MP at far end to the PSU. The 41MH is likely a triode "anode bend" or "leaky grid" detector The 347 and 3468 (see schematic) may be very similar circuits.
