  • Notes
  • The model GB 860 provides sine, triangular or square wave in the low frequency range from 0.001 Hz to 1 kHz, with an output power of 0.5 Watt.
It is for use in the study of servomechanism and of mechanical deformations and strains, while other applications include transmission lines, transformers for subsonic frequencies and other.
The oscillator circuit employs a Schmitt trigger and a Miller integrator, and produces triangular or square waves of continuously variable frequency and amplitude.
A waveform-shaping circuit produces the sine wave output from the triangular waveform.
A transistored output power amplifier permits each of these three wave-forms to be made available at low impedance, balanced or unbalanced.

All other characteristics are in the original attached article.
