  • The Crosley 141 "Nomad" is an AC operated 5 tube BC band receiver. The BC band frequency range is 550 to 1750kHz.

    From the Crosley News Brochure:  The front panel is of selected walnut veneer with decorative border of colored veining.  The chromium plated escutcheons are designed in a modern motif.  The top and sides are of selected walnut veneer.The delightful speaker grille is in harmony with the cabinet and is backed with shimmering cloth.

    In many cases Crosley used the chassis number as the model number, and added a model name to some models to help distinguish versions that used common chassis.  Here are the models that used the 141 chassis versions:
