  • It transforms the microphone signal into SSB at 60 kHz, limits it, and compresses it to increase the average transmitted power without introducing harmonic distortions and converts it back into an audio signal.

    Made to increase the power in SSB, it can be used in AM and FM and must be inserted between the microphone and the transmitter.
