  • The Homelander is a 1935, 4-valve, battery-powered TRF radio receiver with a full-vision dial, housed in a self-contained metal cabinet with a speaker. It uses plug-in coils for various wavebands (12-2000 metres) and comes with four coils and batteries for £14.

    Only one tuning coil is used of the plug-in six-pin type & is an HF transformer with aperiodic primary, tuned secondary & reaction.

    Four six-pin coils are supplied as part of the set’s equipment and cover wave ranges from 12 – 25, 19.5 – 45, 37 – 87 & 245 - 555 metres.

    Additional coils are available for all other ranges between 80 to 2,000 metres.

    The metal cabinet has a black crystalline finish with the speaker and batteries enclosed.

    It has a full vision dial 7” wide calibrated in degrees from 0 to 180.
