    No better value in portables

    This receiver incorporates the new screened grid and pentode valves and the instrument portion is built up on what we believe to be a unique chassis design for a portable set.

    It gives equal or superior results to more expensive 5-valve receivers and ample volume is obtained with fine tonal qualities.

    A Celestion £7 10s type of loudspeaker is employed and the receiver incorporates the usual built-in aerial and batteries.

    Supplied in really high class Oak cabinet or hide case with valves and log chart.

    Covers 300 - 500 and 900-1800m, band-switched.

    Price, £26 10s 0d complete including royalty.
