Device for playing musical cylinders. Coin operated.
Reiss lists this as manufactured from 1901-1908 and cost $50 USD when first introduced. It was based on the early model A "Standard". A cloth-covered rubber tube connects the reproducer and the horn, which protrudes from the top of the case.
