Machine for playing musical cylinders.

The last, very sophisticated Edison phonograph.
The horn-reproducer assembly remained immobile and the cylinder moved under the stylus, producing very little mechanical noise. the large three-spring motor provided at least 30 minutes operation with a single winding. By pressing only one lever, the motor started and the needle descended. The instrument stopped automatically at the end of the cylinder.

L'ultimo e sofisticatissimo fonografo Edison. Il blocco tromba riproduttore rimane immobile ed il cilindro si sposta sotto la puntina con una assoluta mancanza di rumori meccanici.
Il grande motore a tre molle permette almeno trenta minuti di funzionamento con una sola carica. Con la pressione su un'unica leva si dà il via al funzionamento del motore e si abbassa la puntina. Alla fine del cilindro l'arresto è automatico.
