A tube tester only for "magic eyes" EM80 EM84/EM800 and other old tubes. The anode voltage of approximately 220 V is produced by an internal transistor inverter. Power is supplied via a 1600 mAh 7.2 V NiCd rechargeable battery.
The unknown transistors are two TUPs which can therefore be chosen from many with these characteristics.
Diodes 1N4006 are 7.
The test consists of opening and closing the magic eye with 2-second cycles, simulating maximum and minimum tuning.
