ELCOSA est une société crée en 1924 par MM MEYER et KAPP à La Menau près de Strasbourg en France .Elcosa  stoppa son activité en 1965 à la mort de Mr Robert KAPP .

Il existe un article très documenté de Mr JM BOURQUE sur doctsf.com  au sujet de le société ELCOSA.
