We received some pictures from a guest of a nice Electrohome console of Kitchener from around 1947.
They can be seen on this model page - for the moment. The guest could not find any trace of a model identification on chassis or cabinet, but could name the tubes - which are the ones of this model.
On the other hand, the cabinet is clearly not this one but most probably the same as for model 146 P1-4726Z. But this model has 7 tubes ... Either way the photo can only be placed wrong at the moment ...
To create a model "unknown" would also not be the solution - we have many models without pictures.
The tube layout would be correct for the following models without pictures - of the same period:
155 1-4526z, 158 4-4526 and 158 4-4526z.
In the worst case we might have to check if the chassis with 7 tubes and the one with 5 tubes are exchangeable. Sometimes chassis were later changed where possible ...
The future will show ...
