  • Emyradio Paris made this prototype shortwave receiver in the late thirties. Before it could be finished the receiver was confiscated by the parts supplier.
    The antenna trimmer, the power transformer and the internal metal sheets are not mounted. Also the receiver indicates 4 ranges on the front panel but only two ranges were actually installed.
    The receiver works with external power. It's a one of a kind shortwave receiver using precision clockwork mechanics including a pull-out 1-to-8 fine reduction for precise tuning of the main and the bandspread variable capacitors.
