  • Anotaciones
  • The "One Sixty" 160 or 160-A embraces a "family" of different Neutrodyne Receivers.
Basically two circuitry versions are existing: 4 tube reflex and 5 tube non reflex. Both are called 160.
In addition there are three complete receiver kits 166-A, 167-A and 169-A. They are looking somewhat different:
While the factory made original 160-A has one single porthole to the right (to observe the filaments brightness),
the 4 tube kit has two portholes, one each left hand and right hand.
the 5 tube kits have three portholes, all three to the right.
If completely assembled all kinds of receivers, factory made or home built, are called 160.
Please refer to the individual models.
