• Bemerkung

• The Fairbanks Morse 12B is an AC operated, 12 tube BC, Police and SW band chassis used in model 12BG.  Has AGC, push-pull audio output stage, tuning eye, push-button tuning, volume naturalizer and input jack that allows the use of an external phonograph. Also has 3 IF stages.

  Band Frequency Ranges are as follows:
  BC Band......................535 - 1725kHz
  Police Band.................2.20 - 7.2MHz
  SW Band....................7.00 - 23.0MHz

  NOTE 1: 12B is the chassis number and NOT the model number.  Please post pictures of the radio's on the appropriate radio model page and NOT to this page.

  NOTE 2: The Pre-War Console reference lists this model as having 4 bands, however the radio actually has 3 bands.
