  • This is the model Chippendale 413P.

The Capehart models 115P2, 413P and 414P made by Farnsworth Television and Radio Corporation use the same main chassis with 17 tubes. The amplifier and power supply chassis of the model 115P2 uses 8 tubes (P2-A series) and the one for 413P and 414P use 11 tubes (P1-A series). Theses models are AC operated combination radio-phono, 2 band AM-FM superheterodyne receivers with loop antenna. The tuning ranges for AM are 540-1600 kc for braadcast and 9.4-15.4 mc for short waves. See also models 413N and 414N with lesser tubes. See here the "Common information for the Capehart model pages for the 1930s and 1940s" and for the information about Series 400 here.

The functions of the tubes of the main chassis are: 6AG5 FM RF Amp.; 6SK7 AM RF Amp.; 6AG5 FM Mixer; 6SA7 AM Mixer; 6C4 FM Osc.; 6J5 AM Osc.; 6SK7 FM 1st IF, 6SK7 AM 1st IF; 6SK7 FM 2nd IF; 6SK7 AM 2nd IF; 6SK7 FM 3rd IF; 6H6 Ratio Detector; 6SR7 AM Det-AVC, Phono AF; 6SN7GT Tuning Ind.Amp.; 6AF6 Tuning Indicator; 6J7 Phono Pre Amp.; 6SN7GT 1st AF Amp. Loudspeakers: see the SAMS Photofact sheets - several systems are built, some coaxial.

The Capehart model series 400 with Chippendale cabinet were made in five cabinet versions: The first models were called Chippendale 400 for 1931/32, followed by 400A (1932/33) and 400B (1933/34).
    Model Chippendale 405 followed as Chippendale 405C in 1934/35, 405D, 405E, 405F and 405G (1938/39).
Then it changed style again and got model number Chippendale 410G, 410H, 410K and Chippendale 410M.After the war the models had the changer 41-E instead of 16-E: Chippendale 413N followed with a parallel Chippendale 414N, both for 1946-1948), followed by Chippendale 413P and 414P for 1948/49 as the last production.
