I started working on a Farnworth GT-051 this week and my initial inspection indicated that the 12SK7 and 12SQ7 tubes were incorrectly installed, based on the layout illustration in the Howard Sams download:

I thought that this was odd because while researching the unit, I had encountered a blog article where the restorer reported that he also had a unit with the same tubes swapped.

Further investigation revealed that the callouts for these tubes in the Sams layout illustration are backwards. Fortunately, another document (probably original Farnsworth doc) is also available in the downloads for comparison:

I'm not sure how radiomuseum handles issues in downloads like this, but I hope that it can be noted somewhere in the model page to help people avoid this problem.
