Federal Telephone & Telegraph Company Model 140 4-tube drop in phonograph/radio panel.
Such panels were offered to be built into certain phonograph consoles. There are no original single radio cabinets to make a self contained radio! Of course often a dealer or an owner found or produced a matching case (but not by Federal...).
