  • Notes
  • For operation from air cells for L.T., the 1D5G and 1F5G valves were used. Otherwise the 1M5G and 1L5G were used. This model became a vibrator set with a model V2 vibrator unit plugged in. When used this way the valve filaments were connected in parallel across one cell of a 6 volt storage battery and the 4 volt vibrator unit was connected across the other two cells. This radio had three position switched variable selectivity. The price below includes batteries but not the vibrator unit. See model BC580 for vibrator unit details.
