- Notes
- The General Electric model A-56 is on the schematic at Rider's 7-4 through 7-6 for A-54 which show IF peak at 465 kc. They are AC-DC Superheterodyne receivers with a Pentagrid Converter 6A8 for Broadcast band 540 - 1720 kc and Short waves from 2.3 to 7 mc. Rider's shows a sheet "Changes 17-10" and "Changes 18-3" with the following info: General Electric A51, A56 are the same as model A54 shon on pages 7-4 to 7-6. The sheets "Changes" are hard to find and are not listed in the earlier indexes (up to Vol. 15 or so). Please be careful by uploading pictures. Between model A-51 and A-54 is only a minor change in the LS grille.
