  • Model HM-22 is an Inverter used to convert 100VDC into AC to power synchronous phonograph motors. Model HM-22A is an Inverter used to convert 100VDC into AC to power induction phonograph motors. These Inverters use a Vibrator to generate the AC output. GE Models H638, H639, HJ618 and HJ628 use both synchronous and induction motors, with the synchronous motors identified by small idler pulleys on the motor assembly and induction motors using only a single large idler pulley. It is important to use the correct Inverter based on the type of motor driven.
