  • The General Electric P-840B is a portable, battery operated 7 transistor AM band receiver.  The AM band frequency tuning range is 540 to 1600kHz.  Has push-pull audio output stage and push button operated dial light.

    The General Electric P-840A uses the same schematic and cabinet except uses different transistors in the push-pull output stage.
