    Grado 1st generation stereo moving coil cartridges were replaced in 1964 by Grado Tracer-Beam cartridges. Grado patent 3040136 filed Jan 1959 for first moving coil cartridge issued June 19, 1962. This patent shows their mono moving coil cartridge, but principal also applied to stereo.
