I have started the restoration of my KS490WE. I am not an electronics technician and his is my first restoration project. While investigating a "buzzing" sound I discovered that the foam surrounds for one of the bass drivers had disintegrated. The other speakers appear and sound fine. The questions I have are:
1. Is it possible to get a replacement (original speaker) for one or both of the bass drivers? If so, where?
2. If an original replacement is not available, what is a good substitute? What specifications (5 ohm resistance, what else)?
3. Would "refoaming" the bass drivers be a better option? NB: They are several options for this here in the US including private companies.
All suggestions will be appreciated.

Hello All:
I am new to this community but I am a great fan of vintage Grundig consoles from the '50's and '60's. I currently have two beautiful specimens (SO162US and KS490WE) and am considering a third (SO190US). I am not a skilled technician but have found a wonderful old retired technician who will update them for me. The SO162US plays and sounds pretty good but I am looking for a part or a part template for my KS490WE. When the FM band button is depressed on the receiver it rotates a little metal cam which engages the FM clutch* to the tuning flywheel. On my KS490 that little cam has disintegrated. It needs to be replaced or, if some one has a manufacturing drawing, I could make one or have one made. I suspect that this part is very similar across all Grunding receiver chassis and may have to by a junk one to scrap. Anyone have any leads or other thoughts?
*And disengages the LW/SW1/SW2/BC clutch.
