  • Operation on any frequency in the 160 through the 10 meter bands, the most notorious transmitter of its time, because of its many military applications during WWII, 450 watts CW, 325 watts AM crystal-controlled unit, the military number for the HT-4 is BC-610, the "A" through "F" models are the same basic unit with relatively minor component and cosmetic differences, price for the HT-4F was 1041 USD . 1942 price for HT-4 was 795 USD. Tube complement of military BC-610: VT107, VT-115, VT100, VT-100, VT-220, VT-95, VT-95, VT-218, VT-218, VT-139, VT139, VT-139, VT-145, VT145, VT-46(A), VT-46(A).
