• The HP models 400EL is a versatile AC dB meter with linear dB scale and logarithmic AC voltmeter scale underneath. Voltage range 1 mV full scale to 300 V full scale in 12 ranges. Frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. Imput impedance is 10 megaohms shunted by 25 pF. External battery operation with positive and negative voltages between 35V and 55V.
