- The HP model 400F is a versatile AC voltmeter. It can be used as a wideband amplifier too. The 400F has a linear voltmeter scale with a logarithmic dB scale below. Frequency range from 20 Hz to 4 MHz with an accuracy of 1% to 4%. Voltage range 100 µV to 300 V. Imput impedance 10 megohms shunted by 25 pF.
